One thing we have always really appreciated is how reliable the program is for working families.
If a teacher is out sick, there is always a substitute,
so we never have to worry about our child not having
a spot that day or having to keep them home for several days because there isn’t coverage. That peace of mind means so much to us as working parents.
We also have a child with significant medical
needs, and PPELC has always been incredibly accommodating. The staff are trained to administer
the medication he needs and have always worked
with us to make sure he is safe and well cared for. Knowing that he is in a place where his needs are understood and taken seriously gives us so much peace of mind.
We love getting pictures throughout the day and seeing what our kids are doing. You also never see teachers sitting around on their phones. They are engaged with the kids, playing with them, talking
to them, and genuinely present. You can tell they
want to be there and truly care about the children.
The big gym is also a huge favorite for all three of our kids. Having that space for them to run, play, and get their energy out is such a great part of the school. It is definitely something they all talk about!

Something else that really stands out to us is that whenever we are out in the community and mention where our children go for daycare, we almost always hear, “I’ve heard such great things about that place.” We honestly never hear anything negative, and I
think that speaks volumes about the school and
the leadership behind it. The administration clearly knows how to lead and has created an environment where both the children and staff are happy and
well cared for.
The staff seem valued and supported, and we truly believe they deserve to be recognized and compensated accordingly. Happy, engaged teachers make such a difference, and it shows in the care our kids receive."

a consistent classroom and teacher and he actually enjoys going off to school. He always talks about Mr. Max and how he’s his “best friend.” Having reliable and consistent staff makes such a big difference in the day to day for childcare. I also love how the teachers take the time to update the app with what the kids are doing and learning. It gives us great talking points for what he did during the day. They are also always willing to meet with us as parents to keep us involved and informed, and/or to suggest strategies to use at home. The small classroom size and the low turnover rate has allowed us to know all of the teachers and other families well.
